SEO integration should match the full Search Atlas Starter plan, not a reduced subset

The Search Atlas integration in HighLevel sub-accounts appears to be a reduced subset of the Search Atlas Starter plan rather than the full plan. The specific gap I hit is local citations. They're included in the Search Atlas Starter plan but are not available in the version that comes through the HighLevel integration.
This is a problem because we build client local SEO delivery on this integration. If the integrated version drops features the Starter plan includes, we either can't deliver them or we have to pay for Search Atlas separately, which defeats the purpose of having it built into HighLevel.
It also creates a documentation problem. There isn't much good guidance on doing SEO specifically through HighLevel, and while Search Atlas has its own training and help content, right now you can't rely on it. When you look up how to do something, you don't know whether that feature is even available in the HighLevel integration. If the integration were the full Starter plan, all of that existing Search Atlas content and training would apply directly, and the documentation gap mostly solves itself.
Request: make the integration match the full Search Atlas Starter plan, feature for feature, so what's available in the sub-account is the same as what Search Atlas lists for Starter. If any differences have to remain, please document them clearly so agencies know exactly what's included before setting up client accounts.
