Could there be a provision to have a portal for end customers (i.e customers of our agency clients) so they can manage bookings, payments, send documents and communicate with our clients.
vcita.com has a portal solution for agency clients. So we must also have something similar if not better.
Also could the portal be used for multi-purpose based on the client business/niche. i.e. a tenant portal for landlords or property businesses to manage tenants, payments, submitting issues, uploading & managing files, images, agreements and documents etc. Here's a sample screenshot.

Sales & Marketing & Shivani Gera: Here's more on the features in an end customer portal that would benefit the property sector, and make the renting experience more streamlined. I'm certain that many other sectors can follow through and benefit from having these features.
- Tenant dashboard to accommodate a welcome kit for new tenants, property manuals and lease documents, emergency contact numbers, active maintenance issues, appointments, and missed or upcoming payments or leases.
- Inbox for communication over text, chat & email with CC/BCC via form submission.
- Calendar for booking landlord, plumber, PAT testing visits, etc.
- Visible appointment reminders in the portal.
- Support new tenant screening activities, if possible.
- Create, renew, and manage lease documents and contracts.
- Checklist support for adding to contracts or for generic purposes.
- Integrate with templates in Documents & Contracts and also Proposals & Estimates in client sub-account.
- Due date reminders.
- Automate monthly rent collection (or quarterly/bi-annual/annual rents) from the contracted date with online payments & payment reminders.
- Automate receipt sending, and track, and view receipts and invoices.
- Receipt scanning for Expense tracking.
- Basic rental accounting.
- Integration with Xero and Quickbooks for landlord accounting and tax reporting.
- Misc document management (such as photos, pdfs, doc & xls spreadsheets)
- Create and manage maintenance requests with sub-tasks - assign contractors, track cost, track and view request/issue status, update, and be able to close them. Invite 3rd parties such as property agents, electricians, and plumbers to make updates to the Issue# via the emails they get from the portal.
- Integration with Custom Objects so the landlord can view info of all their tenants past and present.
- Area to refer other customers.
- Track referrals, integrate with the sub-account's Referral Program, and earn loyalty points through engagement score. Potentially integrating with any future rewards features from GHL.
The idea is to make property management hassle-free for landlords, both residential and commercial by automating their books, payments, maintenance, leasing, and ultimately concierge.
It would be best to have a portal accessible over both desktop and mobile browsers and smashing if we could have a grey-labelled mobile app like LC.

My client has an ecommerce store and sells both retail and wholesale. I'm looking for a way to set up a client portal where customers can view their past shipments, re-order etc. But also to be able to offer certain clients discounted pricing on the website. So customer A is a wholesale client and should only have to pay 50% of what a retail customer pays. It is a better UX if the customer A logs in and sees all pricing on the website at their wholesale rate. I can do it with discount codes, but that doesn't allow for things like a wholesale customer is Tax Free...

This was done with extensive customization, however it would be great to deploy something like this without much code.

Sales & Marketing:
Photographers, for example, use customer portals that offer much more than that offered by the native HL client portal. You can only see billing, documents, courses and access the community within the client portal at the moment. Its not yet possible to display photo galleries, with option to download photos, view contact info or business hours, chat with the business, view past or upcoming bookings or make a new booking, view an estimate of say a wedding photography project, sign a contract, pay an invoice or a charge, view all invoices, upload files or documents etc.
Also I use opportunity custom fields for capturing price quotes and job info and it would be great to let customers view all relevant info in a table.
Having these would be useful for most businesses, and make the HL offering complete. We’re forced to look at 3rd party solutions until when all these are available natively.

Need this too. Also, some of their customers may have more than 1 job going at a time. We are using a separate opportunity for each "job." Would be great if we could also display different opportunity info on this portal. This needs alot more upvotes!
