To be able to change the welcome message and lost password message including the sender email so that it doesn't come from the do-not-reply address and so we can add any additional info we want to add in the messages.

Wow c'mon guys this is still in progress?? We have some many updates each day added to the changelog which are great, but pointless. Can we please get this done sooner as tis seems that every agency is needing this.

Now it seems like when creating a new user, on top of triggering a non-customizable emails, the account seems to be deactivated until that user clicks on the "Click Here to Login" button on that email and activates their account by changing their password. This is totally out of control!

Agencies need full control of these actions, as we need time to create and custom accounts before sending users their credentials.

Same for the "New User Added to Agency" email! I cannot seem to find how to edit this!!! Logo is distorted, colors are wrong, and every saas user receives it...

Babak Bavardi This one is still a critical need... our launch today sent out thousands of emails we didn't need welcoming people to our community even tho its covered in our welcome email sequence. All I want is to stop them from sending, seems pretty basic.
