Video Testimonial Workflow Trigger & Contact Capture

We’re really enjoying the new video testimonial feature and see a lot of potential for it. One limitation we’ve noticed is the inability to launch a workflow or track when a video testimonial has been submitted.
It would be extremely helpful to have a workflow trigger that fires upon video testimonial submission, allowing automations such as internal notifications, and follow-up sequences.
Additionally, the contact information of the person submitting the video testimonial should be automatically saved to the CRM (or updated if the contact already exists). Currently, it doesn’t appear that this information is being stored upon submission.
These enhancements would greatly expand the usability of video testimonials for reputation management, automation, and customer engagement.
