More robust sales reporting and sales forecasting. Pipeline accumulative reporting for each quarter. The current reporting is not up to standard and it's making it difficult to convert business, as it does not cater for sales teams, reporting and sales managers to easily monitor and engage the sales team based on their performance as depicted in the sales reports.

Kind of insane this has been "planned" for nearly 2 years.
My client is even asking for a 3rd party solution if we have to pull data out of GHL just to figure out sales commission numbers every 2 weeks. Seems very silly to have to pull data out of GHL for doing very basic sales reporting.

Need better Sales Reporting currently all sales are in separate sections, Invoices, Orders, Subscriptions, etc. We need 1 section for all Monies coming in Sales, Subcscriptions, Invoices, Tap to Pay everything and then allow to filter down to the categories we want. Maybe make the Transactions section handle that.
And have some sort of Header Section similar to the Invoice Section. The style of header at the top of the page with Big Report Numbers is nice. Can show Total Revenue/Sales info Number of Sales, Customers, etc.

Dave Ciup my work around right now has been to utilize stripe reporting but I'm currently working on testing some 3rd party integrations with Google Data Studio and creating my own automations and feeds to Google Data Studios to give me what i need until GHL addresses this.

We need to be able to see a sales dashboard for all products and services being sold under the agency. Ideally, being able to group products and services into folders/categories, and then being able to filter a sales report for a specific item/category of items would be great.
There is currently no summary of any sales in GHL. Even the pipeline is not really a dahsboard of sales report, it’s just a “at-a-glance view” of the sales process and how much is cold, hot, or closed.

Thibault Weber totally agree. We been using Pipedrive for its sales reporting..
along side GHL.. And I'm doing what ever I can to get out of PD to use only GHL. We playing with using our ClickUp area for more reporting as that's where our team is anyway to review the reports and plans at the end of the day as need a place to communicate easily and no CRM offers a place for everyone to want to easily communicate, and with the Clickup / Slack intergraion the team now has no reason to not communicate... Anway woukd def like to get the reporting dialled in ghl too.. Especially with physical product sales by customer and by org reports...
