Error while building a Quiz

I get this error constantly when try to save my Quiz and can't finish it.
"Error, Retry again
contact.___ already exists. Please input a different name or fieldKey."
Tried several times.
I saved after every edit I make, but at some point, I aways get this error, without any idea where it comes from and what to do in order to fix it.

Ivo Dimitrov, I had this challenge too. If you click on Add Element and then Custom Fields and then your quiz, you can drag that custom field into the quiz.
