Hi there!
We recently launched Conversion Toolkit which allows this, any feedback welcome, we will be continuing to add to this as we get real feedback from users.
We tried to cluster a bunch of things that had been requested and previously needed 3rd party solutions. We have spinners, social proof, quizzes, calculators, etc. all bundled into a single app and it integrates directly with GHL so almost all widgets can be used as lead gen forms to insert contacts directly into GHL.

Super important because Sticky Contact is effectively useless until this is implemented Would definitely appreciate an update on this as we have just launched a new funnel built around our quiz and having to merge contacts is going to get old real fast!

And make sure we can redirect to the quiz results on a separate page! Need the prospect to be able to take the quiz in a popup and then be redirected to the next step in the funnel to see the results.
