I am loving GHL - but it is painfully slow to navigate around. Is there anything we can do to get it to speed up?

Navigating HL (contacts, opportunities, settings...) is just slow. In general, pages load slowly even on high bandwidth network connections. It makes it hard to fully enjoy HL (Which I generally do)

Hi everyone,
I need to bring attention to the current performance issues in the CRM (October 2025). The platform has become very slow during normal daily use — switching between tabs, opening contacts, pipelines, and automations takes significantly longer than expected.
I actively use other platforms (Pipedrive, Coda, Notion), and the performance difference is huge. Those tools run extremely fast, while HighLevel currently feels heavy and delay-prone. We love the features GHL provides — that’s why we are here — but the core user experience depends on speed and responsiveness.
At this point, the slowness is impacting our workflow and even causing complaints from clients. This is becoming critical.
Request / Suggestion:
• Please prioritize backend and UI performance improvements
• Provide clearer roadmap communication on performance work
• Consider EU-based servers for European users (if not already planned)
We want to continue using HighLevel long-term, but performance must become a top priority.

Whole team is having issues with this. Even with no browser extensions, private browser, and one device on gig speed internet, I am seeing load times that are sometimes over a minute. I am now reviewing alternative CRMs. If this isn't fixed soon, I am going to have to rebuild in a new CRM.

I haven't even finished the setup and its filled with issues. Whole site randomly becomes unclickable like ~50% of the time I load a page, requiring you to accept a hidden upsell just to get through the setup process. I can't resell this buggy thing to customers it will ruin my brand.

That slowness of GHL and lack of attention specifically on that is the only thing that makes me hesitate to continue using the platform.

Yes our whole team is experiencing slowness. It started over the last 30 days and has gotten worse.

Alissa Vermeulen I haven't even finished setup yet and I'm considering just cancelling and switching to something else, this is just an insanely poor first impression and I'd like to just pay for something that works when I need it, I don't need business interruptions bc of GHL's low quality design
