The platform is extremely slow – urgent need for performance improvements

Hi everyone,
I need to bring attention to the current performance issues in the CRM (October 2025). The platform has become very slow during normal daily use — switching between tabs, opening contacts, pipelines, and automations takes significantly longer than expected.
I actively use other platforms (Pipedrive, Coda, Notion), and the performance difference is huge. Those tools run extremely fast, while HighLevel currently feels heavy and delay-prone. We love the features GHL provides — that’s why we are here — but the core user experience depends on speed and responsiveness.
At this point, the slowness is impacting our workflow and even causing complaints from clients. This is becoming critical.
Request / Suggestion:
• Please prioritize backend and UI performance improvements
• Provide clearer roadmap communication on performance work
• Consider EU-based servers for European users (if not already planned)
We want to continue using HighLevel long-term, but performance must become a top priority.
