Pipeline Stage Description or Instructions

Please give the ability to add a description or instructions to pipeline stages. Right now, all you can do is potentially put more information into the name, and then you can see the additional information when you hover over the name.
It would be way better if we could put a description or instructions below the name of the stage and above where it says "0 Opportunities", and make the instructions 100% visible with no truncation, so we can ensure our subscribers know whatever we want to tell them at that stage.

Can I have a pop-up/tips style field for a Stage into which the definition of the stage can be put please.

It would be extremely helpful to have small info bubbles over each stage, when you are in the opportunities similar to the note used in workflow actions. This would allow us to define the function of each stage, making it much easier for us and customers especially those new to the system to understand and use the pipeline effectively.
