I run 33 sub-accounts. I built an Opportunity Smart List in one sub-account with the columns and filters my users need. I want every sub-account to have the same Smart List.
Problem: there's no way to do this.
  • Snapshots don't include Opportunity Smart Lists.
  • "Customize List > Export" gives me a file, but "Import" only adds opportunities — it doesn't restore the Smart List I exported.
So I have to manually recreate the same Smart List in all 33 sub-accounts. Every change means 33 manual updates.
Please:
  1. Add Opportunity Smart Lists to Snapshots.
  2. Or make the Export/Import actually work for Smart Lists (right now Export does nothing useful since Import won't read it).
This would save agency clients hours of repetitive work.
