Improve Opportunities View with Communication, Bulk Actions & Engagement Insights

I’d love to suggest a few improvements that would significantly enhance workflow efficiency when managing leads within the Opportunities pipeline.
Currently, communication and engagement tracking feel quite fragmented across different areas of the platform. Bringing more of this functionality into the Opportunities view would streamline follow up and improve usability.
Key suggestions:
• Ability to view and respond to emails and messages directly within the Opportunities stage, including full communication history, without needing to switch tabs
• Bulk actions within Opportunities such as bulk select, bulk add notes, and bulk tagging to improve efficiency when managing multiple leads
• A clear visual indicator (e.g. icon or flag) to show when a contact has opened or clicked emails, making it easier to prioritise warm leads at a glance
• A consolidated view of email engagement data, allowing users to see all contacts who have opened, clicked, or not engaged, both collectively and individually
These enhancements would make a meaningful difference for businesses managing multiple pipelines and high volumes of leads, helping to streamline workflows and improve follow up processes.
