I can't create multiple opportunities for a customer. I can't have multiple appointments associated with a customer. If either of them were available, I would have made it work. This is a HUGE limiting factor for the service industry.

Let me give you an example: A contractor has an appointment with Sarah to rip off flooring on Monday at 10 AM and appointment with her at 2 PM on Tuesday to start laying new floor. Today, in GHL, I can't create 2 appointments associated with the same opportunity by going to the opportunity view. I can create another appointment by going to the calendar that is not associated with the opportunity.

Another example: As a photographer, I have an opportunity to do an engagement session with a client and then a wedding. I cant create 2 opportunities for the same client! HUGE blocker. I need to create 2 pipelines and link everything but, guess what, even when I create a new pipeline and it lets me associate a new opportunity with Sarah, it doesn't let me add an appointment and shows the old one from the other pipeline.
