Currently, Go High Level workflows allow us to transfer or map standard fields between objects (such as Contacts and Opportunities), but file-type fields can’t be manipulated or transferred automatically.

Here’s the scenario:

We have a File Upload field (for example, “File Amplot”) in the Contact record.

We’d like to automatically pass or copy that file into a matching File field in the Opportunity record when certain workflow conditions are met.

Since one client can have multiple Opportunities depending on the situation, having an automated way to map or move file data between related records would save a lot of time and reduce manual errors.
