Ability to Edit/Customize Default "Lost Reason" in Opportunities

Currently, when marking an opportunity as Lost in the Opportunities pipeline, the “Lost Reason” field is a fixed system field and cannot be edited or customized.
Many agencies would benefit from the ability to tailor lost reasons to their unique sales process (e.g., “Budget Constraints,” “Chose Competitor,” “Timing Not Right,” etc.). Having customizable lost reasons would improve reporting, pipeline insights, and help teams better understand why opportunities aren’t closing.

We already making reports with those. Go Custom Fields -> search for "Lost reasons" check it and select Edit. There you can add different reasons. It will show up when you will pick Lost in Opportunity card. Hope it helps.

We have released the feature to update the lost reasons now. You can find it in Setting > Custom Fields - find the lost reason custom field, select it and perform edit action on it.

Once a Lost Reason is created, it cannot be deleted and will remain in the dropdown list forever. Can Lost Reasons be more like tags or custom fields that we can erase if unnecessary or misspelled?

Lost reason is HUGE but we need edit/filter abilities just like tags please!

It also cannot be reference on any of the automated flows nor can it be used as a trigger. Please change this 🙏🏻
