In every CRM, all emails are naturally linked (associated) to their corresponding opportunity. Except in GHL. Linking emails to opportunities is a standard (but powerful) feature in the best CRMs. One of the main (standard) points of every CRM is to move the lead in the pipeline of the opportunity until lost/won, etc. So, it is natural (and that's the way done by top CRMs) to have all emails related to the opportunity linked to its corresponding opportunity. We are unable to find a reason why GHL has not implemented this standard feature since its inception. Why this basic (but powerful) feature is a must-have? Organization! In the Opportunities tab, GHL already has Details, Notes, and we can add folders, etc. To our surprise, email communications ARE NOT there!!! This makes the process very difficult to manage because communications are not linked to the corresponding opportunity. GHLevers: Imagine having all emails sent and received regarding an opportunity, automatically linked (associated) to its corresponding opportunity. Now the communication process is organized. It is natural. The way it should be. It is the way top CRMs have been doing it for decades. Implementing this basic feature will elevate the bar. Thank you.
