Attach forms to opportunities

Right now forms data is added at the contact level. I'd like a way to have this at the opportunity level where data collected is specific to that one opportunity and not attached to the contact.

This would be extremely helpful. Especially if fields associated with the opportunity are auto populated. PLease make this feature available.
