When a member of a community downloads the mobile app and tries to log in, the first step is to choose the client portal when he tries to log in.

That is a HUGE friction. Many members of my community says they don’t understand that step. When I log in myself, sometimes it doesn’t work well.

It reduces the client satisfaction and engament a lot.

Please, eliminate that step. A client should have access to all the communities he is in, without having to choose which client portal he wants to log in.
