Link to download mobile app should be in each individual user profile.
Not one time for the entire account.

From the official community on Facebook:
“…The modules selected in the SaaS plan should be reflected in the on-boarding... and only those modules. So you get all the basic setup info, but then only the modules required for the feature(s) activated. Otherwise it will get confusing. Right now, I use courses and a workflow that provides the relevant course for the SaaS plan and Launchpad is completely disabled.”

Hide Launchpad after X days or X% complete for each individual user in that specific location.
When an agency admin logs into each account they should see the status of that particular account.
If the location account users aren’t going to do all the tasks, leaving it on the menu only adds clutter.

The new Launchpad is so much more engaging and informative than the basic version in the existing $297 (Agency Unlimited) and $497 (SaaS Pro) plans!
I greatly appreciate the video tutorials with each step. (I think they are exactly what and when a new agency user needs. From now on when someone asks for an introductory course I am going to ask if they went through the Launchpad tutorials!)
If it also has a self-expiration or "would you like to inactivate the launchpad?" function it would be fantastic.
I would like to see a workflow, which is inactive, that upon activation removes / deletes / purges all the example / sample / demo data.

For customization, ability to add or remove task items via a snapshot “customize launchpad” element.
Gives the ability for the snapshot creator to provide an onboarding/setup/install checklist and training module.
