Would love to call transcription added to the call report. CallRail has this feature, and it really helps save time when listening to calls and marking them as qualified, because you can see the auto-transcribed text of each call.

For us we cannot use LC Phone System, since phone numbers are not available in system for our country - Belgium. So we have no other option but to use Twilio.

Is it possible to have automation/webhook in Highlevel to push it from Twilio? Twilio already have this feature, also automation to send transcription via webhook. SoI'm looking forward to have automation on GHL to push that data in customer history under Conversations when data/inbound webhook is called from Twilio.

Prince Bhanwra that's an interesting way to solve the transcription problem. While we explore that, I request you to consider moving your number to our phone system to solve this for now.

We really need call transcriptions to work with other languages than English.
When I use call transcription with Danish language, then the transcription is gibberish...totally useless.

Jacob Miller I think you are using Twilio and not LC Phone System, that is why.
This is only live for LC sub-accounts.

Why would you offer call transcription only to redact the name and phone number? Which service does that? None. EVERY transcription service from the beginning of time includes the caller's name and phone number. It's absurd to redact the caller in the transcription.

@everyone why would this not be allowed in IVR calls? I had my clients switch over to the GHL IVR specifically so that calls could be recorded and now they cant have the transcription included? WTF???!!

We need this ASAP, please, here in Brazil we engage with clients with voice-note. I can't migrate my clients to Go High Level if we don't have this feature!
