Add letters on phone keypad

Sometimes I have to dial by name directory and type int he first few letters of the person's name.
I have to go by memory or by looking at a photo.
Can you add the letters to the corresponding numbers on the phone keypad?

YES please. This should be a very simple upgrade that would be quite helpful. Thank you. (Need it in both the phone app as well as the desktop side)
