We need a way for contacts to resubscribe to our email list if they unsubscribe via the new LC email unsubscribe link.
This will be useful for agencies so we can test the unsubscribe link and resubscribe after testing.
It will also be useful to give contacts who unsubscribe the option to resubscribe in case it was an accident or if they change their mind.
There could be an option to resubscribe given immediately after someone unsubscribes. This is a very common way to do it. There should also be another way to do it if the contact wants to be resubscribed and no longer has access to the email.

This is crazy! I was getting emails about the AI challenge as if I wasn't a member. So many! So I thought if I hit unsubscribe, it would give me a choice of lists or something. At least I could see what's next, like most unsubscribe functions. Instantly I accidentally blacklisted my email to GHL. Now I get no emails of any kind from high level after that, even if I sign up for other forms.

We've had a number of people request to resubscribe and we have to send an email to get it done? Pain in the ass for everyone! Allow them to resubscribe by filling out a form!

This is ABSOLUTELY critical. I was testing unsubscribe and try to resubscribe to my newsletter with my personal account and I can no longer do so! I have unsubscribed from other websites and had no problem signing up again. To have this be a irreversible dead stop is unreasonable.

Critical - a person needs to be able to:
1) tap unsubscribe and not have it automatically unsubscribe them (like it does now). It should be a confirm opt-out
2) there should be a choice for "please keep me subscribed"
3) their choice should only take effect after they choose "submit"
4) they should definitely be able to resubscribe

I need this feature as well. I was utterly shocked to find out that I am unable to resubscribe a customer who just purchased a program and deliver the program access to, just because he had unsubscribed before.
Now I am paranoid and I actually go over each order to make sure that the program access was sent, which is terrible waste of time. Not only that, people expect a program access when they purchase something and all they get is a stripe receipt in these cases. Which affects the brand image.
This is also affecting any free trial or free program that we offer. Every time someone re enters their email in the forms, they should be automatically resubscribed.
Nowadays, people subscribe and unsubscribe for things every day. So this issue is gonna become more and more frequent.
