Update for anyone still looking for this functionality: I’m the developer of "Appointment Packages & Credits", a third-party app that is now live in the HighLevel Marketplace. It connects existing products and calendars to prepaid appointment credits, provides a secure customer booking wallet, and automatically handles purchases, bookings, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and expirations. Search “Appointment Packages & Credits” in the Marketplace. I’m happy to answer implementation questions here.

YES PLEASE!

Michiel de AutomateDoctor hey Michiel - I’m the developer of a native Highlevel app named "Appointment Packages & Credits", which recently went live in the HighLevel Marketplace. I built it for this exact use case: connecting existing products and calendars to appointment packages, automatically adding credits after purchases and renewals, deducting a credit when a customer books, and keeping cancellations, refunds, and expirations accurate.
You can find it by searching “Appointment Packages & Credits” in the Marketplace. If you try it, reply here and I’ll be happy to answer questions or help you get the first package configured. And if you don't want to try it for any reason - please let me know and I'm happy to help any other way

Ability to sell classes such as breathwork - a 10 class pass and every time the book in it deletes one from their package

Native Session Packs for Calendars - Track & Deduct Prepaid Bundles (Dozens of Similar Requests)
A
António Martins
GoHighLevel's Service Calendars excel at bookings but lack native support for prepaid session packs (e.g., clients buy 10 coaching/therapy sessions at a discount, then book, seeing "Sessions used: 3 | Remaining: 7"). Each booking auto-deducts from their balance, with low-balance alerts/workflows.
We need a feature to enable intuitive client self-service (view/track/redeem packs via widget/dashboard), reduce admin (auto-tracking vs. manual workflows/coupons), and match competitors. Dozens of ideas already request this (e.g., Appointment Packages, package vouchers). Prioritise for coaches, spas, gyms, therapists, doctors...
This is what keeps other clients and me from using different software for healthcare calendars.

Multi-Date Booking for Session Packages
M
Marvin Reginaldo
Requesting the ability for clients to book multiple session dates within a single purchase or booking flow (e.g., a 4-session package). The system should also track each booked session under the same package, including cancellations or reschedules. This would help manage bundled coaching programs more efficiently for both clients and administrators.

Can we please add into the service calendars where people can purchase a package deal where they pay for a 4 treatment option (think massage package) and it shows in their account that they have used one of their prepaid sessions and it shows that they have 3 sessions left that have already been paid for. They would then be able to schedule their next appointment and it pull from their account balance to move them to 2 treatments left available on their account. This way we can get the service industry into having these options like Vagaro. I know we can set up a service calendar, but when one purchases a package, it seems that there is no way to view how many treatments they have left when purchasing a bundle.
