Hi. I am new to GoHighLevel having just left HubSpot. I'm not an agency, I'm just using GHL as a CRM for my own construction company as I found it powerful during the trial. I have my staff email configured with SMTP, so marketing emails and form-fill replies in the conversations tab come from an address like "staffname@company.com". How can I setup inbound forwarding so emails sent to my existing @company email address are forwarded to the CRM? In Hubspot, this was easy as there was an inbound forwarding address that I could add to my user profiles in my email provider admin panel. I'd like my staff to do as much communication within the CRM as possible. As we already have an established reputation with our current email provider, I am not interested in moving over to something like Mailgun or LC...
