It would be incredibly helpful to automatically send private messages to members of a GoKollab community through Workflows.
This would enable:
onboarding new members with automated welcome messages,
re-engaging inactive users in a personalized way,
guiding members through a training or learning path step by step.
This feature would enhance user engagement while eliminating manual tasks, and make automation feel more human — fully aligned with GoKollab’s community-driven experience.
