This would be great to make pages more interactive and have a slicker way of hiding/showing content than using the clunky 'show elements' option that doesn't have a toggle feature to open AND close.

All kinds of workarounds needed now (like opening new pages, etc.)

Also, with multiple Popups we could build Mobile Menu as we see fit. I did this with Bricks Builder on WP. It was fantasy.
