Can I also suggest we add a first and last name field in the order form as some of our clients are facing issues with the full name field. They enter their full name in there and it gives an error saying they need to enter their first and last name even though they already did, and the purchase gets stuck, and our clients end up losing hot leads which is not good for business.

this should be a standard feature! Come on GHL! Basic stuff!

Has anyone figured this out yet? I was literally just on a call with GHL today and is not on the map yet.

Just got asked for this by a customer today. Seems the only way they can do a simple field (such as "any special dietary requirements") is to rebuild the entire order form as a Form, and we're not confident this will work for them (without the checkout style view).

The order form looks way too outdated, I really struggle to find a use to it. It would be great if GHL came up with a whole optimised checkout feature similar to shopify! That would be heaven

It seems this is being ignored. I can't imagine why this isn't done long ago. I need to track purchases to an external affiliate platform. High Level affiliate platform doesn't do what I need. I need to pass a URL parameter into the form in a hidden field. I need that to sync the two.

I was also really surprised by how limited GHL is with respect to adding custom fields when doing an order....OR at the very least they could allow for purchase to trigger a pop-up that asks for those additional pieces of information if they can't add it to the form itself. PLEASE this is critical. It's been a year of wanting this one based on the original date of this request.
