Add Trigger Link as a Button Option in Website and Funnel Builder

In the builder, Buttons currently have several on-click options - but Trigger Links do not work in the funnel. Adding Trigger Link as an option would make building easier to update and trackable.

This would be really useful for tracking clicks from one page to another; long overdue!
