Forms for Lead/Customer to Populate Custom Values

Ability to send a form/questionnaire to lead/customer and as they finalize the form it would populate the data into the custom values in a new (or existing) client account.
This would make it SO easy for us when onboarding many (50-100) new client accounts at a time!

YES! AKA, the text box just displays the Custom Variable. The user replaces that text. It changes the variable. Don't make this overly complicated. Thank you!

Being able to auto-populate custom values that were added manually on a contact profile, as per photo example below, rather than having to write again it can add itself automatically by pulling info automatically from contact custom values

Would also like to see this for contacts, opportunities custom objects - so have a custom form field type that's like "contact" and as you start typing in a contact's name, the form will get associated.
This is particularly helpful for internal forms to update the rest of the team.

I want to use this to create onboarding forms/surveys to make the onboarding process easier. So they can fill out everything and the website is filled with the right information etc..

Custom Values need to be available to be used on a Form (and Survey).
Or at the very least, Custom Fields need to be able to display their stored values (and/or pre-filled values) on a sales funnel page NOT just in the CRM via SMS or email.
I'm shocked that both of these features were not implemented when either were created as it just seems so logical for them to applied in these manners.
This idea is almost 1 year old. :-(
I don't believe that this would take all that long to change/update.
Do you think we can get this done this month? ;-)

Yes! We would love this to be available on forms (or matched up via workflows) so when the client onboards and fills a form they can fill-in their own account variables. eg. name of promotion, variables for website content etc.
They could also re-fill this form to update values again

There are so many huge applications for this that would make so many things so easy to update.
We have custom value offers based on client inputs. If they could update their offers on the fly, that would be amazing. As well as for our estimator software. Being able to update values would be AMAZING!!
