IG message automation from DMs not just comments

At the moment there's only an option for an automation from a post comment. Would be great to get it done by DMs so people could DM instead of commenting

There's definitely confusion here. You can set up keyword triggers for FB Messenger DMs but not IG DMs. For Instagram it's only comment triggers right now, which is limiting when you want people to message privately instead of commenting publicly.

It already exexists,ists you have to add the trigger "Customer Replies" and then add your keyword

To clarify, the only trigger from IG at the moment is 'comments on a post' there is no 'keyword in DM' like there is in Many Chat

This is a function in manychat but not in GHL
