A lot of my clients get leads through Facebook Marketplace and they don't have the time or the attention to follow up with all of these leads. MY clients get lots of messages from facebook marketplace. There is currently no integration for this in GHL and without it we cannot have a seamless service through GHL for this very important channel.

This is a fantastic and high value idea.
although - at basic level, i have had GHL connected to my personal facebook account which is where marketplace ads are posted... as you know, people respond there via FB Messenger (chat) - and GHL when connected to that specific FB account WILL place these messenger replies to conversations in GHL...
What i think you are suggesting and what we need is to have their reply not only show up in conversations - but to add as a contact, which can pull in any info FB makes available (I can click and obtain the url to their fb page.. so that is one data element..along w first and last name...) - and place that in the contact as well. then we can write automations that take it from there.

Close. Everything you said, plus being able to handle conversations for my clients in Facebook Marketplace, all from GHL. These were all similar posts I found that relate to the same ideas.
