If you add my request GHL ADMINS we have an additional 10 upvotes, please add here and scan for other posts like these. I feel that social interaction and actions branching out from there are neglected in GHL, yet it's still one of the most widely used marketing platforms today. Check ManyChat, they're ahead of the curve with their capabilities, it will be great to have these functions in here and ditch ManyChat
