Alert When Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Integrations Disconnect
N
Nick Nadjmi
When Facebook/Instagram (Meta) integrations disconnect in GoHighLevel, lead syncing stops immediately—but there is currently no proactive alert.
Please add an option to notify users via email and/or SMS when a Meta integration breaks or becomes unauthorized. Many users don’t log into GoHighLevel daily, and missed alerts can result in lost leads, missed revenue, and delayed follow-ups.
Even a simple notification system (account-level or per-subaccount) would significantly improve reliability and trust in the platform.

Universal Control to Block Messenger Leads via Agency-Level Features & Limits
T
Tracey Lipnicki
Currently, even if Messenger lead integration is turned off at the agency level in Features & Limits, leads can still come through if the Facebook integration is enabled at the subaccount level. This requires manual auditing and disabling in every subaccount, which is time-consuming and error-prone.
Request:
Please implement a universal override so that if Messenger is disabled in Features & Limits at the agency level, it cannot be enabled or function at the subaccount integration level. Both settings should need to be ON for Messenger leads to be allowed.
Benefit:
This would prevent accidental lead imports, reduce manual work, and ensure agency-level controls are respected across all subaccounts.
We often have FB or IG pages shared across subaccounts so its imperative for opt in compliance and A2P we dont have multiple accounts chasing the same leads.

Great suggestion! Instant alerts when integrations disconnect would help teams respond quickly and prevent missed leads.

Please take it in your consideration as soon as possible, thanks.

One of our largest e-commerce clients in Bangladesh recently lost a significant volume of leads because their Meta integration silently disconnected without any alert. We explained that the disconnection itself was on Meta's end, and the client understood that completely. But the real pain point was the silence. No notification, no warning, no way to react in time. If even a simple alert had fired the moment the integration dropped, they could have jumped on it immediately and saved a good chunk of those leads. A real-time notification system for integration disconnections would be a game changer for agencies like ours managing high-volume clients. We strongly feel this belongs in your near-term pipeline and would add immediate, tangible value for your entire user base.

We have one of the largest e-commerce platforms in Bangladesh as our client. Due to the Meta integration getting disconnected, they lost a significant number of leads that did not reach GHL.
I explained to them that this issue originated from Meta’s side and that it is beyond our direct control. Both we and the client understand this.
However, the main concern is that there was no notification when the integration got disconnected. If they had been notified, they could have taken immediate action and potentially prevented some of the losses.
I believe adding a notification system for integration disconnections would be extremely valuable. It would allow users to react quickly and minimize disruptions. I strongly recommend considering this feature in your pipeline as soon as possible, as it would certainly add significant value for your customers.

Dealing with this exact headache right now. Having to manually check every subaccount when we know the agency setting should override everything is frustrating. The compliance angle makes this even more critical when you have shared FB pages.

Lost a weekend's worth of leads once because our Meta integration went down Friday night and we didn't catch it until Monday. Now I obsessively check the integrations page but an alert would save so much stress.
