External Tracking: Query Params contact_id / business_id

Allow us to attach the contact_id or business_id to the query params and read those to attach page views and form submissions to that contact that was specified. Ideally, that contact_id would be stored in local storage until overwritten by a new one or it expired.

Yes this is much needed to prevent duplicate contacts etc...
One example use case is if we receive a lead via Facebook Messenger, for example, it creates a contact in our system without an email or phone. Through Messenger we may direct that contact a lead magnet (perhaps create an AI studio) where they would submit their name, email, etc to receive their lead magnet. Currently this creates a duplicate contact. Where when we sent the original link to the lead magnet via Messenger, we could include a contact ID param that can then be passed back to GHL on the submission of the form on the lead magnet. This would then be able to update the existing contact as opposed to creating a new one.
