URL redirect actions in Workflows

In automation workflows it would be nice to be able to set and edit URL redirects.
We use QR codes and NFC tap cards for a variety of things. We use a generic url for the QR code and NFC link. Then we update the redirect according to where it needs to go.
Example. Construction sites have QR code for login and project information. If we have redirect actions in workflows we can create a process for the client to change the QR code to a new project when they move the QR banners to a new project.

Not sure if this is what you were thinking too, but it would be so cool if this was available in an if/then case. If "this" go to "this URL" if "that" go to "that URL".
