See and request new IP address on shared LC Mail accounts

The shared IP has been burned by another user. I am not able to see the IP of the sending mail server in my account and I can not request to move to a different shared IP. https://servicecentral.trendmicro.com/en-US/ers/#XREF_31645_Need_to_Know

Sales & Marketing: Sub-account owners are the only ones with bounce reasons and must have access to view and switch to another shared IP their LC domain uses. Even better if LC can automatically remediate the 5.7.1 bounce (if it was due to that reason) by switching IP and resending the email. This prevents frustration on any and all bounce issues.
