Just Bought my first Domain via GHL - NO EMAIL SERVICE? WHY

I cant setup name@ghl.com...???? Please add the EMAIL service - never mentioned when i bought the doaine it wil come without a email.... So i cant setup the doamin on my APPLE MAIL or ANDROID device
