There needs to be a way to resent a contract to a client both manually and also through the workflow. Right now in a workflow we can send a contract but there is no way to resend a contract to make sure it is getting signed.

Use case - Contract gets sent out, recipient doesn't open or sign contract. There should be a way both manually and automated through a workflow to resend the contract.
