Pre-filled signature in document templates

We would like the function that its possible for subaccounts to make a pre-filled signature for document templates, so it's quicker to have customers sign a standard document/contract.
Now every time a document automatically gets send in a workflow the subaccount owner has to sign his standard document, but the document is always the same so its taking more time to have a completed document.

Another important point is that we also have the possibility of placing multiple recipients in the contract model. To be able to create an automation to send to everyone to sign, not just the sender and the contact. Currently it is only possible to create multiple recipients if the document is created manually. For various types of businesses, it's important to have more than 2 subscribers.

Why not just use an image of the signature? It's the owner's document, so he's held to stricter guidelines. Check with your law team and see if this would be appropriate. I know of a few clients who've done this.

Because a pre-filled signature is more professional than a picture and faster when you have a document that doesn't change.

This is a big one, that would save us a LOT of time when trying to put SOPs in place to run our sales & onboarding process through GHL without having to manually sign every agreement that goes out.
