I would like to request the ability to select a dynamic option such as “Assigned User” in the From User field within the Send Documents & Contracts workflow action, instead of being required to select a fixed user.

Currently, we can only choose a specific user. This creates limitations when documents are used by multiple team members. In practice, this means that I need to duplicate the same workflow for each individual user, just to ensure the document is sent from the correct person.

This becomes inefficient and difficult to maintain, especially in teams where:

Multiple employees use the same document templates

Leads are automatically assigned to different team members

Workflows are designed to scale

Adding a dynamic “Assigned User” option would:

Eliminate the need to duplicate workflows per employee

Improve scalability for growing teams

Keep workflows clean and easier to manage

Ensure documents are always sent from the correct responsible team member automatically

This enhancement would significantly improve flexibility and efficiency for agencies and teams working with shared document templates.
