For clients under 18, a parent or guardian must sign the waiver. Please let a document or form be signed by a guardian on behalf of a linked contact (contact-to-contact association), recording both names, the relationship and the timestamp on the minor's record, and setting the minor's waiver fields, not the guardian's.
