Currently the only option is via email. However, as we know email can take time to get delivered and is sometimes unreliable - also most of my clients are emergency response providers and need forms signed ASAP so having it by text would be a game changer.

you cna already do this, trigger the workflow by a document sent.
then do an sms and use the custom value for the document url and place it into the sms to send.
i already do this and works great!

Jared Gobler Ive tried that multiple times, had so many sessions with zoom support and was told it cant be done - maybe its new and something updated, but I was able to do it - thank you so much!

in the workflow that sends the email include a update contact field to update a custom field name contract sms link and then in a different workflow trigger it to be sent when that field is updated and then text the custom field
