Add "Signing Order" toggle to the Send Documents & Contracts workflow action

Right now, signing order can only be set manually in the document send modal. The "Send Documents & Contracts" workflow action has no equivalent option, so when a contract is sent directly through a workflow, all signers (business user + contact) receive it at the same time.
This breaks any flow where an internal user has to act on the contract before the client does. In our case, the company owner needs to receive the contract first to fill in deal-specific details (hourly rate, biweekly payment amount, etc.) and sign, and only then should it go to the client to countersign. With simultaneous sending, the client gets an incomplete contract before the owner has touched it.
The current workaround is to set the action to "Create as Draft," then have someone manually open the draft, toggle Signing Order on, drag the owner above the client, and send — which defeats the purpose of automating it.
Requested solution: add a "Signing Order" on/off toggle inside the Send Documents & Contracts workflow action, with the ability to order recipients (e.g., business user / Sender first, then Contact). Ideally this could also be saved at the template level so the order carries into every workflow send automatically.
This would make contract automation actually end-to-end instead of requiring a manual step on every single send.
