Ability to add choices/options in the proposal that a prospect can then select which one(s) they want to accept in the proposal. Also have a setting where we can allow the item to be deselected or make it mandatory item in the proposal. Items selected is added to the total and "locked" once accepted. PandaDoc does this.

We need the ability to have fully dynamic product pricing. Most service pros need software that they can easily click boxes, options, etc to help create a proper pricing while standing in front of a customer. So this requires a template, and then they simply fill in their information, click a check box for one price. We also need conditional logic so that if they check a block on a price that additional prices are nested under those options to make it fast to add upgrades/add-on services. Ideally we can mix and match one time fees and subscriptions and have those visually shown in a column. Lets use lawn care:
Proposal:
1) One time fee for plants
-> Additional options appear for plant selection or custom option pricing
2) Subscription for monthly service
3) Subscription for quarterly pest treatment

Just to add to this, we currently use Ignition, but would like to fully integrate into GHL for everything. Maybe I am just missing it, but the ability for the service's description to be shown, and the client be able to choose a service from the list provided. Right now it seems I can only add services, and that's it. Our client usually gets 3 options to choose from, they will choose one and then sign.

Adding to this to say, need to be able to customize payment plans. As a graphic designer with various delivery timelines... each product doesn't fit neatly into a weekly/monthly payment plan. Often it is structured like: ie. 30% due today, 30% due on project start date, 40% do prior to project delivery. (Though I really didn't like dubsado for a number of reasons, this was something they did REALLY well for reference).

It would be great if there was an area in the proposal to add text (like notes or a description) that is unique for each customer getting a proposal. I am looking to be able to use a proposal template for product appraisals specifically and then be able to print something to give to a customer after the appraisal has been created.

Chelise Simmons yup. Prices change constantly. So in my original context we may have "Flowers $9, Flowers $10, Flowers $11" and then we put in a notes description the specific flower type to help get around the constant flux of pricing for items that are based on market pricing. But I think that an option for a dynamic pricing block would be useful as well. So we choose a stripe product category then create new stripe prices on the fly or pick existing ones.

In addition to the above, the contracts need UOM mappings to pricing. So for instance a pricing table is established for each account with simple defaults such as Each=1, FT=1, MF=1000 feet, etc. And users can specific a descriptor and conversion ratio both at line item level, but also for the product itself for template bidding. That way when quantities are entered on the items line, it multiplies by the UOM to come up with a total cost. See construction, roofing, distribution, and similar models for specific use cases.
