This needs to be added YESTERDAY. Adding a time custom field type (heck, just allowing a specific time to be selected along with the date would be better than what we have now) is VERY MUCH NEEDED to help with field service and asset deployment of on-site services and adding it to custom objects offers even more ability to automate and control client workflows.
