Use Cases:
š¤ Sales reps should see and edit only essential contact fields/ field folders (e.g., name, phone, email, deal details), but not sensitive fields like š° commission, š·ļø costs, š automation fields, š loyalty points, or š³ credits systems.
š Managers/admins have access to all contact fields, including sensitive data and incentive systems, for complete oversight and management.
š Field/folder visibility can be set by user role, keeping UIs uncluttered and reducing risk of mistakes (similar to workflow permissions). Locked or Hidden but visible to admin/agency.
š¤ Agencies offering 3rd party access can hide internal or technical fields (automation, credits, loyalty) from clients, while still allowing select access for partners or automation updates.
