Reorder Side Bar including Custom Objects

Since Custom Objects get put into the main navigation Side Bar when created, we need the ability to rearrange and customize the Side Bar in totality.
It's nice being able to customize/reorder Custom Menu Links, a feature that was just added.
But now we need the ability to do this for every Side Bar menu item. We should be able to customize the display name, the icon, and rearrange the order of each Side Bar item, including the new Custom Objects.

Agreed. Would be super helpful if we could customize/re-order the Side Bar menu, including standard links, custom menu links, and now these custom objects.
