Need the ability to see & control pipeline stages in custom object workflows.

Use case:

I have an event planning company and I create Custom Object "Event".

Event has different stages to its' lifecycle and i need to move it along the way of the pipeline (not the contact).

Same thing with Custom Object Shift.

Each event has shifts associated to it that the staff is assigned to.

The shifts have different states: Job Offered, Accepted, No-Show, Completed.
