1) Add Record window: right now it only shows the primary field. Please let us choose which fields appear there (in our field order) and mark fields as required, so a record is complete the moment it is created.

2) Full-page record view: records always open in a side drawer. Please add an option to open a record on a full page or in a large centered window, like contacts. The drawer is too narrow for objects with many fields (we use a Policies object with 20+ fields).
