Currently, when creating a Custom Object record via workflow, it's not possible to automatically assign the Contact Owner as the Owner of the Custom Object record.

This creates issues for teams with restricted visibility, since users cannot view the records associated with their own contacts unless the ownership is explicitly assigned.

Suggestion:

Please add a native option in the workflow action “Create Custom Object Record” to assign ownership automatically, either by:

Mapping the Contact Owner to the Custom Object Owne

This would greatly improve permission handling and record visibility for teams working with restricted data access.
